Ms. Rowan is a certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She offers a wide variety of family practice services to individuals of all ages. She also visits area nursing home patients for acute problems.
Rebecca received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at the University of South Carolina in 2002. She worked as a registered nurse while continuing her education and completed her Master of Science in Nursing with a focus in family practice at USC-Columbia in 2006. Rebecca is a member of the Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing, a membership extended to those nursing students who “meet and exceed rigorous academic standards.” She also holds a professional membership in the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.
Rebecca and her husband, Jim, were married in 2002 and have a dog named Joel. Rebecca enjoys swimming, kayaking, reading and volunteering in the children’s ministry at her church.
