Payment Policies

You may pay for services by cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, or debit card.

Insurance co-payments and insurance information are due at the time you check-in for your appointment. Please be sure to have this ready for the receptionist. We will be happy to file your insurance claims for you, but please keep up to date on all applicable co-pays or other fees.
